MY PROCESS
First off, we start by scheduling an Inbody Scan. This is a body composition analysis which will provide the following metrics; your basal metabolic rate, body weight, total skeletal muscle mass, total body fat, water and a full segmental muscle and fat analysis. The results will help me design a sustainable plan, with precise and actionable objectives.
Throughout our time together, we will meet 2 or 3 times for your Inbody Scan.
Then, I will go about creating a healthy, balanced and sustainable meal plan for you. All the recipes are dietician approved and triple tested.
Each week you will receive 5 or 6 days of meals and snacks with easy to follow instructions and photos. Each recipe also has notes for substitutions of ingredients. You also receive a full grocery list for the week to save you time and money. I strongly encourage my clients to shop for fresh produce no more than 3 days in advance.
Sunday is a day to try a new recipe, enjoy a day off, perhaps see family and take a day off from cooking or to carve out some time to meal-prep for Monday or for the first few days of the week, especially when there is a little baking to do. Yes! I said baking. There is even room for treats in this plan.
You will learn to plan ahead, so there is no guessing what’s for dinner while working with me. You will also learn to listen to your body. You will learn to recognize your body’s signals for hunger and fullness.
Remember that healthy eating is a journey, not a destination. Celebrate your successes, learn form your setbacks, and continue to make progress towards a healthier, happier you. By learning about portion sizes, building in healthy snacks an listening to your body, you will feel empowered and confident in your ability to make healthy a way of life.
CHECK-INS
Once per week, we schedule a 20-30 minute chat to discuss last week's progress, challenges and mini goals for the coming week. Transparency is critical in order for this process to work. The more I know about what works or doesn’t work for you the better I am able to tailor this plan to fit you.
If ever you need to reach out to me throughout the week, know that I am a text away. As your coach, I want to help guide you to your goals and help you find solutions to any challenges you may face throughout our time working together.
